How I handle your information.
Last updated July 2026. This page explains, in plain language, what form&pixel collects when you use this site, why, and how you can ask me to change or delete it.
Who this is
form&pixel is a one-designer studio run by Parvin Zadehtahmasebi, based in the toronto area, working with clients worldwide. I'm the only person with access to the information described below — there's no team, no third-party staff, just me.
What I collect
- Contact & booking forms — your name, email, and whatever you write in the message or notes field.
- Chat conversations — messages you send the AI receptionist on this site or on Telegram, plus any name, email, or project details you choose to share in that conversation.
- Payments — if you pay a deposit, your name, email, and the amount paid. Your card details never touch my systems — Stripe and PayPal handle payment info directly and I only receive confirmation that a payment went through.
Why I collect it
To reply to your message, follow up on a project, confirm a booking or payment, and — for chat conversations — to let the AI receptionist answer well and remember context within that conversation. Nothing is used for anything beyond running the studio and staying in touch with you.
Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics software. If that changes, I'll update this page.
Who else sees it
I use a handful of service providers to run the studio, and your data passes through them as part of that: Supabase (database hosting), Anthropic and OpenAI (power the AI receptionist), Resend (email delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), Telegram (if you message the bot there), and Vercel (site hosting). Each only receives what it needs to do its job. I don't sell your information to anyone, ever.
How long I keep it
I keep it as long as it's useful for the reason you shared it — generally the length of our working relationship plus a reasonable window afterward. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will.
Your choices
Email me at studio@formandpixel.ca any time to see what I have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. I'll respond within a few business days.
One more thing
This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
